Seems like the video hosting places are really cracking down on MLMer's for sure. I decided to try Tube Mogul and it asked what type of stuff you wanted to put on your channel and of course I chose one of the options for online business (or whatever the choice was called) and I immediately got shut out of the gate when I submitted it and told I could not use it for that purpose. So I had to use a different email and sign up again and make a different choice in their options. I totally agree with what you have stated in your last paragraph.
