Cesar Ramirez (DJ C-Zer)

This is a quick live mix I did on my 2 turntables. A mix of top 40, house, and freestyle music. I’ve been a DJ since 1996 professionally. I’ve loved music since I can remember :-). Music is a universal language that is spoken through bass, snares. I was actually a percussionist back in the school band. I always knew I wanted to do something with music and for many years it has paid well. I make an average of $100-$150 an hour doing what I love best. I know I can charge more, but $500-$800 a night is what keeps me competitive. I have a variety of music from the 1940s-today. Many DJs dedicate themselves at a single genre and that’s great. I believe the DJ should connect with his crowd and figure out what they love. It’s not about what the DJ likes to play. It’s about what the crowd likes to hear and move. You see, I don’t care of it’s Country, Dance, Hip-Hop, Disco, etc. If you’re not reading the crowd and they aren’t dancing, they’re not sticking around and more than likely you’re not going to be invited back to play at that venue.

I’ve done hundreds of weddings and night clubs in my life time. I’ve learned many great things about street knowledge and how to hustle to have cash in my pocket. This is just one of the many hobbies that keeps funding my other ventures. I enjoy what I do and it relieves a ton of stress :-). Fellow DJs, crank it up!

I also own an online radio station called http://www.SuperRadioMix.com. We’ve been in business since 2005 with my partner Mike (Da Chef). We enjoy playing music for the people. Like-minded thinkers tend to attract one another. It all goes back to the power of your influence. Network Marketing.

Courage and Why It’s Important

Courage is something that should not be ignored. Entrepreneurs are couragous for stepping out of their comfort zone. It takes a lot out of someone to go against all odds to be the best they can be and do what they love to do. Sometimes those in your own circle of influence will tell you it’s not possible. Believe me when I say this because I had to put up with such struggles. This video shares some insight in what I believe is Courage and why it should not be ignored.

Success in MLM is a Journey Not A Destination

Too often times I see a new person get into the industry of Network Marketing/Direct Sales/MLMs and they quit if they are not making money within 3-5 months. This can be quite a sad but true reality. A lot of times, people quit because they either don’t believe in themselves, they don’t believe in the company, or they don’t believe in the product. You have to understand that this industry takes time. Not everyone is an overnight success.

When I first saw this industry, I was 16 years old, and too young to be a rep. All I can remember is circles on a white board, and if you get 3 people in, and those 3 get 3 people in and so on, I’d be rich! What you come to realize is that it works if and only if you are mentally prepared. This industry, sales, is definitely a mindset. It’s a belief in you. 95% of this industry is YOU. You’re the missing link to making this work. If you did exactly what your mentor told you to do, and you got out of your own way, you’d be rich. Wouldn’t you? But there is one thing and one thing only that I’ve seen stop the average person wanting to make money in this industry…and that is…. “Procrastination”.  Their “Why”, reason why, they are seeking more is not big enough. Until that is determined and define on paper, the growth of their business will be minimal.

Oh yeah. Let me tell you. I am one to speak from experience. There are days when I do not want to prospect and pick up the phone. But wait! If I sleep at night knowing I did not share with someone my wonderful opportunity, I’d sleep feeling bad for myself and not a great feeling. When I sign up a rep, it’s because I’m in my game… my energy of juice is flowing and my mindset is on point that what I have is by far the best thing since slice bread.

So often times I hear it said over and over again. People do business with people they love and trust. When I got started in this industry in 1998, I had zero influence. I actually didn’t have any influence on anyone because I couldn’t see why people would buy me. You may be asking yourself that same question. Why would anyone buy and trust me? Here’s your answer. Because you are a great person, you are honest, and you are a “millionaire in training.” As a matter of fact, I encourage you to buy that license frame because you are a millionaire in training. You may have heard the phrase “fake it until you make it.” That is a phrase that I believe was developed by the broke mindset folks. Napoleon Hill, author of Think and Grow Rich, says, “you must see yourself as if you are already a millionaire.” Living the millionaire lifestyle. Tipping, posture, confidence and professionalism like a millionaire.  Avoid the poverty mindset and thinking the “lack of” whatever you are seeking. Until you got this ironed out, you will stay exactly where you are at because you choose it.

This is by far the most passionate topic that I have come to share because of how much I have changed over the years. It took me hitting close to rock bottom for me to take action in my finances. I chose this path even with a strong college degree. I did not want the lifestyle of a cubicle employee. It was not me and I came to realize that my time was worth more than anyone can hire me for at a hourly rate in this area. If you look up the word psychologically unemployable, you’ll see a picture of me :-).

I programmed myself to be this way. I had to because of where I saw the economy heading. We are at the right place at the right time in our industry. People right now around you are seeking more. More time, more money, more charities, etc. We live in a push button type society that we want things now and instant. The microwave shaped this out and if people don’t get that answer now, then they quit. Give yourself 3-5+ years to grow. It’s not only the money but the person that you will become in the process.

In closing, I heard it said once before. People die at age 25 (quit on their dreams) but they don’t get buried until they are 65. One of the saddest things you can do is give this industry a few months and quit. But people will spend $20-$100k+ to go to school for 4 years to get a degree to be a slave for 40years to someone else’s empire. 80% of the millionaires are made from the industry of Network Marketing. Don’t quit on your dreams. You deserve to receive it all. Become a student of this industry and make it happen.

The ultimate question that you can answer for yourself (let me know if you wish) is “If money was NOT an issue, what would you be doing with your time.” ß that question will absolutely open up the Dream Machine (your subconscious) and get your juices flowing again. Stay tune for the next step.

P.S. Don’t leave this life without answering your what if’s. You deserve more. Watch this inspiring story of a gal who didn’t quit her martial arts after losing matches for 2 years. Powerful!

I want to share with you what caused “Ninja Grandma”, Mary Louise Zeller (6th degree Black Belt and a Master Instructor in Olympic Sport Taekwondo) to develop her emotional fingerprint.

How to attract goodness to your life

“The quest for manifistation daily. How to attract goodness to your life.”

If you want to be successful, you have to know how to attract goodness into your life. You can have it, if you believe…

I personally find positive quotes a quick way to elevate our thoughts. There is nothing like a good book of loving, motivational quotes to have around, to grab one quote and let it bring us to a more positive state at any time.

Below are the list of my suggestions, along with some of my friends, who’s currently enjoying a very successful life:

   1. Be aware of your thoughts. If you think, lately you’ve been thinking of problems and how to solve it…Try thinking of something that made your day, and meditate on it 🙂

   2. Realize your negative thoughts.    Always remember that negative thoughts trigger negative emotions.  If you have so much fear, jealousy, worry, anger, and many more, points at something going on that doesn’t match with what you actually want or are.

   3. Change your negative thoughts for positive ones. You can only think of one thing at a time, so if you think about something positive, there is no room for negativity.

No one else will help you in controlling whatever should consume your thought.   You can always be supportive of yourself and take the necessary steps of positive thinking…You don’t carry the world upon your shoulders, so don’t dare pretend you can carry heavy burdens at all times…There are times that it does not seem so easy to get rid of negative thoughts, especially if you think you have a large problem.
But at the end of the day,it’s always up to you…Everything you feed your mind is always up to you. When we feel down our mind just tricks us to think that it is much more difficult than it actually is.
We need to acknowledge when we feel overwhelmed. If the circumstances are just “too much”, let them be for a while and focus on living in the present you are in. Come back to your issues when you are ready to deal with them.

 4. Take some time to be with friends, and love ones and just unwind in a cozy place, where all you will do is reminisce of good memories.
 5. Do something different, something you will feel so worth of your existence. Help a fund raising for poor people.
 6. Read books, sing out loud, dance to your favorite tune and exercise at home…Keep yourself busy.
 7. Get rid of anything or anyone that is causing you too much problem and issues in life.
 8.  Pray a lot…and ask for guidance. Always be thankful in everything, and enjoy little things to greater things.
9. Forgive and forgive. Move on and Let go, were necessary factor to live a happy life.
10. Eat healthy and live life to the fullest.

There are really lot’s of list to have a healthy, and wealthy life. But if you don’t try to start changing your thoughts, and facing life with positive attitude, then you will only go back to feeling in the dumps, as what you thought you were. If you want something, believe that you can get it. But of course, positive thoughts and attitude, is one great key to success, you gotta keep it in mind and in your heart.
