Merry Christmas 2015 and Lessons Learned…

Hello my friends Merry Christmas from Xochitl, myself and the C.A.L. boys.

As I look back at this year, I’m most grateful for my Family and Friends that have believed in me, and I in them. It wasn’t the most simplest year for us as my wife Xochitl recently hit us by surprise. She had a ruptured appendix and 4 days into it, we thought it was the stomach flu as the pain wasn’t in her lower right portion of her chest. She spent 1 week in the hospital… It was rough on us as momma has never been sick in 15 years.

We were told by the surgeon that if we would have waited any longer, she may not be here with us today. I do believe God is awesome though. Her faith being as strong as it is in the Lord kept her here. She prayed through the whole process. Her suffering really made me stop and think what is most important in our lives.

Often times through our online businesses, we are so focused on the work that we forget about the time together as a family. That balance is what is key. I’m constantly working on myself for that balance. The only way to find it is by knowing where you were, where you are, and where you want to go. Having a rock solid foundation of goals aligned with morals and faith is what we are all seeking.

As we approach 2016, think about what your goals are and foundation. Seek the importance of your business and life. If we have ever worked together in the past, you’ll know that keeping “Servant Leaders” around you and building those folks up is the key to long term success. Easier said then done for sure. You first have to become a servant leader before you can bring some on bored with you. The only way you become one is to improve the lives of those around you by you becoming grounded in your core foundations. Faith, Family, Friends, and Finances.

More Customers Will Prefer Mobile Phone Transactions

There will be an increasing preference of people in using their mobile devices for transacting online. The primary reason for this is the convenience the process provides. Then shopping around online also presents customers with plenty of options.

On the part of sellers, this presents a good opportunity to save on operating expenses and increase the range of their influence. First, an online store no longer requires shopping assistants who will watch over customers as they make their purchases. Second, the need to spend on putting up a physical store will no longer be compulsory.

However, a drawback of this trend for online business owners is that it will present a tighter competition in the market. Going back to the consumers, it’s completely a winning scenario for them as this will force sellers to offer better quality of products and services at more competitive prices.

There Will Be a Growth in the Purchasing Power of Millennials

Stress in Business

Today’s post is about awol academy reviews. I think we all have experienced a bit of stress in business because it’s not normal for someone to produce on their clock. Whether you’re building a network marketing company, an online ecommerce business or you’re an inventor, you may experience stress when you face a challenge.

That challenge can be different for everyone. It can be either a financial challenge, customer challenge, time challenge, or a routine challenge. These are just some examples. I hope that today’s tips will help you over come some of these challenges.

My advice for ANY stress in business, is to STOP what you’re doing and go do something that is a hobby of yours. Let that hobby be the area you like to go to when you are facing stress in your business. For example, this is a hobby I had no idea would be a fun project…

October 2014 was a challenging time for one of my businesses. I was facing a lot of challenges in my business with some of the members involved. I knew that I had to step back and rethink my process. At the same time my oldest son ‘Little Cesar’ was turning 10 and I wanted to do something special for him. I asked him, what would you like for your birthday son… he replied, “I would like for you and me to work on an Arcade together”.

Mind you I got out of games and arcades when he was born because of my time limitations and focus on making money to provide for the family, even though I still used the sun bets mobile app sometimes and play games as LoL in the computer with services as ELO BOOSTING to advance faster and not to waste too much time on it. Interesting enough, it was a blessing in disguise. They say listen to your children because they sometimes know best. So being the open minded person that I am, I became a fanatic for salvaging and rebuilding old arcade machines as a “stress reliever” if you will.

Follow your passions and the stress will leave ya.

Well it turns out that someone saw my YouTube video on what I did for my son and asked me to build one for him. He offered me $2000 and I said….hmmm this hobby just turned into a blessing :-). The rest is history as one would say.

Listen to your passions my friends. If something inside is calling you for a greater good, listen to that voice. I believe anything that involves working with your hands is a great method of releasing stress. If you can turn that hobby into a money making activity, well that’s a double wammy!

I’ve now sold about 5 arcades and you can see some of my happy customers that have enjoyed the fruits of my labor.

If time is an issue for you. I have always promoted to find ways to stop trading your time for dollars. I’m telling you right now it’ll save you a grand headache to find that system online to provide for your family. Risk takers will always reap the rewards.
