Merry Christmas 2015 and Lessons Learned…

Hello my friends Merry Christmas from Xochitl, myself and the C.A.L. boys.

Christmas2015-C&XRamirez

As I look back at this year, I’m most grateful for my Family and Friends that have believed in me, and I in them. It wasn’t the most simplest year for us as my wife Xochitl recently hit us by surprise. She had a ruptured appendix and 4 days into it, we thought it was the stomach flu as the pain wasn’t in her lower right portion of her chest. She spent 1 week in the hospital… It was rough on us as momma has never been sick in 15 years.

We were told by the surgeon that if we would have waited any longer, she may not be here with us today. I do believe God is awesome though. Her faith being as strong as it is in the Lord kept her here. She prayed through the whole process. Her suffering really made me stop and think what is most important in our lives.

Often times through our online businesses, we are so focused on the work that we forget about the time together as a family. That balance is what is key. I’m constantly working on myself for that balance. The only way to find it is by knowing where you were, where you are, and where you want to go. Having a rock solid foundation of goals aligned with morals and faith is what we are all seeking.

As we approach 2016, think about what your goals are and foundation. Seek the importance of your business and life. If we have ever worked together in the past, you’ll know that keeping “Servant Leaders” around you and building those folks up is the key to long term success. Easier said then done for sure. You first have to become a servant leader before you can bring some on bored with you. The only way you become one is to improve the lives of those around you by you becoming grounded in your core foundations. Faith, Family, Friends, and Finances.

Check this out. I recently got back from a men’s retreat and you can align yourself with this core belief if you chose.

You can modify the last statement for whatever your belief in faith is in your life.

“Make a friend, be a friend… lead a friend to Christ.”

I know the world drops off Christ at the end, but without Him, I wouldn’t be here. Priorities first right?

Merry CHRISTmas everyone. We love you guys,

Xochitl, Cesar, and Lil Cesar, Adam and Luke Ramirez.

P.S. Make sure to get on my list at CraigslistAdPower.com to get some new and upcoming training. I’m partnering up with an awesome leader who has created 7 figures working from home and coming January, I’ll introduce you to him if you’re on that list.

Online Selling Outlook for 2016

ecommerce

There’s only more than two months left until we bid goodbye to 2015. Of course, with the passing of time comes change. So how will online selling be in 2016? What will be the trends in that period, and most importantly, how can you capitalize on them?

A new infographics released earlier by Smart Insights provides us a glimpse of what online retailing holds next year for both sellers and buyers.

More Customers Will Prefer Mobile Phone Transactions

There will be an increasing preference of people in using their mobile devices for transacting online. The primary reason for this is the convenience the process provides. Then shopping around online also presents customers with plenty of options.

On the part of sellers, this presents a good opportunity to save on operating expenses and increase the range of their influence. First, an online store no longer requires shopping assistants who will watch over customers as they make their purchases. Second, the need to spend on putting up a physical store will no longer be compulsory.

However, a drawback of this trend for online business owners is that it will present a tighter competition in the market. Going back to the consumers, it’s completely a winning scenario for them as this will force sellers to offer better quality of products and services at more competitive prices.

There Will Be a Growth in the Purchasing Power of Millennials

The source also reveals that if there is a certain demographic in which you should be focusing on, it should be the millennials. Research shows that this certain part of the population are big spenders.

It says that out of the two billion millennials living worldwide, almost half of them account for half of all retail spending around the globe. Their projected spending this year is pegged at $2.4 trillion. In 2018, it is estimated to reach up to $3.4 trillion. After that, when these people all become part of the working force by 2025, the numbers are expected to grow more.

Beacons Will Play a More Important Role

Lastly, beacons will no longer be just a way to locate or monitor your friends or family members. Starting next year, these will get further integration in the retail sector.

Macy’s already makes a heavy use of these to get more personal with its customers by sending them tailored advertisements, discounts, coupons, suggestions and other stuff that would improve their experience with the store. So far, this strategy has been working well for them. Seeing their success with beacons, it is foreseen that more retailers will emulate their strategy in the coming year.

Aside from the enhanced customer satisfaction and closer relationship with them, your business could benefit from beacons too with its analytics tools. The interactions and transactions recorded there will allow you to spot trends easily, assess demands quickly, and react accordingly to them in order to keep your pace or maintain a step ahead of your competition.

Stress in business

Stress in Business

Today’s post is about awol academy reviews. I think we all have experienced a bit of stress in business because it’s not normal for someone to produce on their clock. Whether you’re building a network marketing company, an online ecommerce business or you’re an inventor, you may experience stress when you face a challenge.

That challenge can be different for everyone. It can be either a financial challenge, customer challenge, time challenge, or a routine challenge. These are just some examples. I hope that today’s tips will help you over come some of these challenges.

My advice for ANY stress in business, is to STOP what you’re doing and go do something that is a hobby of yours. Let that hobby be the area you like to go to when you are facing stress in your business. For example, this is a hobby I had no idea would be a fun project…

October 2014 was a challenging time for one of my businesses. I was facing a lot of challenges in my business with some of the members involved. I knew that I had to step back and rethink my process. At the same time my oldest son ‘Little Cesar’ was turning 10 and I wanted to do something special for him. I asked him, what would you like for your birthday son… he replied, “I would like for you and me to work on an Arcade together”.

Mind you I got out of games and arcades when he was born because of my time limitations and focus on making money to provide for the family, even though I still used the sun bets mobile app sometimes and play games as LoL in the computer with services as ELO BOOSTING to advance faster and not to waste too much time on it. Interesting enough, it was a blessing in disguise. They say listen to your children because they sometimes know best. So being the open minded person that I am, I became a fanatic for salvaging and rebuilding old arcade machines as a “stress reliever” if you will.

Here’s some projects I’ve completed on my instagram page: https://instagram.com/explore/tags/mcarcades/  feel free to follow me here: https://instagram.com/cesar8ramirez/ mancavearcades #mcarcades to follow…

Follow your passions and the stress will leave ya.

Well it turns out that someone saw my YouTube video on what I did for my son and asked me to build one for him. He offered me $2000 and I said….hmmm this hobby just turned into a blessing :-). The rest is history as one would say.

Listen to your passions my friends. If something inside is calling you for a greater good, listen to that voice. I believe anything that involves working with your hands is a great method of releasing stress. If you can turn that hobby into a money making activity, well that’s a double wammy!

I’ve now sold about 5 arcades and you can see some of my happy customers that have enjoyed the fruits of my labor.

If time is an issue for you. I have always promoted to find ways to stop trading your time for dollars. I’m telling you right now it’ll save you a grand headache to find that system online to provide for your family. Risk takers will always reap the rewards.

I encourage you to communicate with me if you’re stuck. Glad to always provide a method for you to move forward. I have a servant leader attitude my friend. If you’re not making an additional $500+ a month right now in your online business, let’s chat.

Your friend in business,

Cesar Ramirez

P.S. Doing a private Q&A webinar for my ebay (elite drop shippers team) tomorrow, but perhaps Thursday night we can mastermind to help you get unstuck.

Why eCommerce Works in This Changing World

ecommerce

Everybody will agree that electronic commerce or eCommerce is a mainstream way of doing business. All major organizations have their own websites and engage in online sales of products and services. Even small and medium-sized businesses have learned to tap the virtually-limitless potential of the Internet to reach their intended markets.

eCommerce is basically about the sale of goods and services, and transfer of funds, through an electronic network such as the Internet. While earlier versions of eCommerce existed years earlier, the 1990s is considered to be the period when online trading flourished due to consumers having more access to the Internet. It was also during this era that online retail giants Amazon and eBay started operations. A small trivia: Amazon is said to have started in a garage selling books.

eCommerce Equals Accessibility

Some people prefer online shopping for a variety of reasons, foremost of which is accessibility. Retailers’ websites are available 24/7 (24 hours a day seven days a week) and may be accessed at any hour of the day. Most are user-friendly, a feature that developed from past experiences by businesses with complicated and tedious site designs.

Perhaps a significant component of accessibility is its international reach where people from different parts of the globe gain unlimited access to the virtual stores. The full strength of 24/7 operations of online stores comes to fore from its ability to service customers from various time zones unlike some grocery stores in Calabasas.

A natural consequence of the global reach of eCommerce is the virtual elimination of cross-country business barriers and their attendant bureaucracies in international trading.

Friendly Web Designs

Web designers for online sellers implement standard features in their designs to make websites more accessible to consumers. The attention given to accessibility is well-grounded because millions of visually-impaired individuals use the Internet too. Sellers whose websites are easy to navigate will garner a bigger customer base. Towards this end, a well-designed website usually contains a content link at the very top of the page, audio options and absence of time limits within which to complete specific actions.

Of course, there are always apparent downsides to everything, including eCommerce. The primary complaint against online shopping is inability of the purchaser to personally examine the product before buying it. Buyers are therefore forced to rely on product descriptions and warranties by the sellers. For the impatient shoppers, the unavoidable delays from purchase to shipment and eventual receipt of the product is another negative point of eCommerce.

Maximizing the Benefits

People who have products to sell and want to sell them online have to take into account these pros and cons of eCommerce. Successful leveraging of products and services necessitates knowledge of different aspects of eCommerce in order to maximize their advantages and minimize the disadvantages. If you believe that you can get the best out of your products and services through an online store, then you should start right away.

Are all these efforts and expenses associated with http://thetrailerboy.com/utility-trailers/ worth your money and time? Definitely yes. There are numerous reasons to make eCommerce a financially-viable platform to invest in.
